Publications, Media, and Member Mentions
Landingslag regularly produces and distributes publications and media that may include articles, photographs, video recordings, and other information submitted by or about our members. These materials include newsletters, books, videos, and similar projects created to document and preserve our shared history and activities. Some items are distributed directly to members, while digital versions may also be made available on our website.
Access to full digital versions of certain materials (such as newsletters and some member-only publications) is restricted to logged-in members. However, limited excerpts, including titles, author names, captions, or brief descriptions, may be visible to the public to highlight Landingslag activities and historical content. In addition, some videos and other media are publicly accessible and may include images or recordings of members and other individuals participating in Landingslag events or activities, even when names are not displayed.
Landingslag events and activities may be photographed or recorded for historical, educational, or promotional purposes. By attending or participating in these events, individuals acknowledge that their likeness and voice may be captured and used in Landingslag publications and media, including materials that may be publicly available.
By participating in Landingslag activities or submitting content for publication or recording, members acknowledge that their name, likeness, voice, or contributions may appear in these publications and media. This may include print materials, digital documents, photographs, audio recordings, and video, whether distributed privately to members or made publicly available.
If you are a member and wish to request removal or redaction of your name or other personal information from a digital publication, video, or public excerpt, please contact us using our Contact Us page. We will carefully review such requests in accordance with our archival, historical, and organizational objectives.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comment form, along with the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help with spam detection.
An anonymized string (hash) of your email address may be sent to the Gravatar service to check if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy. After your comment is approved, your profile picture may be visible to the public.
Media
If you upload images to the website, avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS), as visitors may be able to extract that data.

Please note that erasing your personal data may result in the deletion of your membership account and related history, as we will no longer be able to maintain necessary records.
