Board Meeting Minutes

The Landingslag Board has begun publishing its meeting minutes on landingslag.com starting with the July 2026 board meeting, when the Board voted to make minutes available to members going forward. A few earlier board meeting minutes are also included below; these were originally posted as a substitute for annual meeting minutes that could not be located at the time, and remain available now that copies of those annual meeting minutes have since been found.

Unlike the Annual Members Meeting, which is held each year in conjunction with Stevnes, Board meetings are called as needed, often online, with the date and time set by the President.
